Welcome to Key Results Management, Inc.'s
Advanced Business Continuity Concepts Yahoo! group!
In order to make participation in this group more
enjoyable for everyone, we need some basic information for our records.
This information will be held as confidential and will not be used for any kind
of marketing or solicitation of any kind.
We have few rules, but we insist that everyone
follow them:
1). Absolutely no spam will be allowed under
any circumstances. Anyone caught spamming will be kicked out of the group
and the company will be blacklisted from further participation. This is an
educational board, not a sales tool. E-mail accounts will be checked
against known spammer lists before membership is approved. Only valid work
e-mail accounts will be granted membership. If you can't provide a valid
work e-mail address, please join another group.
2). An occasional posting about a job
opening will be permitted. However, if it is abused (through complaints or
our opinion), you will be considered a spammer and extended the opportunity to
post your opening on job boards designed for such openings.
3). Violations of Copyrighted materials will
not be tolerated. Companies may freely distribute their Copyrighted
materials, but that is their decision on how to use their intellectual capital.
Please use links to direct group members to copyrighted materials such as
articles and templates. Discussions about Copyrighted materials are fine
in your posting, just don't copy the entire article and discuss what you copy.
4). We are all professionals and are
expected to treat others as professionals. No one knows everything about
Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery. Some people get tossed into
BC/DR projects with little background in the field, so members may be beginners
or veterans who have worked in the field for many years. Bottom line,
everyone is due respect and everyone is allowed to hold their own opinions.
5). While this is a moderated group, the
messages people post may be read by anyone. Please do not post anything
that is confidential in nature, may cause harm or embarrassment, or may violate
anyone's intellectual property. We encourage everyone to use their Yahoo!
mail accounts and not their work e-mail accounts. This way, companies and
people can get the help they need without public disclosure of who they are and
what their problems are. Remember, anything posted on the Internet will
never go away. What you post could end up anywhere.
6). Additional disclaimers are listed in the Terms
and Conditions.
In order to
proceed, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions specified:
